i woke at 5:30 and spent the first hour in the corner contemplating life and how unwell i felt. i showered at 6:30, dressed in my diaper and black trousers, blue shirt and blue tie before heading off to work at 7:00. i arrived at 7:42 and worked on admin until my line manager came in at 8:20 and sent me home again. i drove home and arrived at 9:15. I spent the day curled up with just my diaper on lying on the floor under a duvet with plenty of hot lemon drinks, strepsols and tissues. i am not sure what time it is now but i am going to sleep, i think it must be 22:00. i have wet 4 times today and had my bathroom break at 20:30
