I woke up at 5:30 and spent an hour in the corner thinking about the day ahead and what I had to do at work. At 6:30 I used the toilet, showered and made sure my CB and plug were on and in properly. I dressed in my diaper, rubber shorts and normal work clothes of trousers, a blue shirt and a grey tie. I had my breakfast and left for work at 7:00. The working day was nothing special. I got plenty done and left for home at 5:30. Once home at 6:15 I made dinner for myself and the lodger. It was beef steak with sweet potato and a blue cheese sauce. Unfortunately the lodger wasn’t around to eat it in the end so I will have his for my dinner tomorrow and cook him something fresh. I spent the rest of the evening preparing for work tomorrow as I have a report due in. I used the bathroom again at 8:30 and have wet the diaper once only today. It is now bed time, a few minutes late because I had to print the report and it took longer than expected to prepar it properly in folders.
