i woke at the normal time of 5:30 and spent the first hour kneeling in the corner contemplating the day ahead. At 6:30 i went to shower and use the bathroom. i dressed in black shirt, black trousers and pink tie and got ready for work. i didn’t hav breakfast. i started to leave for work at 7:10 but got to the bottom of the stairs and felt very dizzy and disorientated so I sat down for a bit before heading back upstairs to call in sick. I spent the day pretty much like yesterday, in my diaper under my duvet on the floor. I have not eaten today but have been dozing on and off, i will try to get to work again tomorrow. i wet my diaper 3 times today and had my normal toilet break at 20:30.
