I woke at 5:30 am and spent the first hour of the day kneeling in the corner. At 6:30 i used the toilet, showered and dressed in my diaper, black trousers and black shirt with a blue tie. i ate my yogurt for breakfast and left for work at 7:00. At work i immediately went to the toilets were the rubber shorts would be but they had gone. i will need to order some more. Most of the day was admin as we have stuff to send off on Friday. i left work at 17:30 and arrived home at 18:20 when i made chicken for dinner and changed into my home clothes. i have spent the evening doing work on the computer. Toilet break will be at 20:30 and bed time at 22:00.
