i woke at 5:30 today and as normal spent 1 hour kneeling in the corner. At 6:30 i showered, got dressed in my diaper and rubber shorts. i also put black trousers, light blue shirt and black tie on. i had my yoghurt for breakfast and headed off for work at 7am. It was another long day at work as my line manager is still off so i didn’t leave until 21:30. i was however more prepare today and had some chicken and basil salad with me to eat. Toilet breaks were 6:30 and 20:30 as normal. i got home to find the lodger using my PCs again, he has just finished what he was doing so i wrote today’s updat and am now going to bed.
