Today i got up at 5:15am and spent until 6:30 facing the wall. i slept much better last night so i was thinking of different ways i could make my lodger’s life easier this weekend as i know he has lots of work on at the moment. At 6:30 i used the bathroom, showered re-plugged and checked my chastity cage. i diapered, dressed and had a lemon yoghurt for breakfast. It was a work day so i wore black trousers over my rubber shorts, a grey shirt and red tie. I left for work at 7:05 and arrived at 7:25 as there was hardly any traffic. Work was normal and i left at 4:50 to get home around 5:30. i cooked dinner for myself and had chicken and sweetcorn. i spent the evening printing and preparing resources for work tomorrow. Apart from a toilet break at 8:30, i have only just finished and am now going to bed.
