i woke at 5am today, so spent an hour and a half kneeling to contemplate my life and how i am born to serve. At 6:30 i went to the bathroom, checked my plug and chastity cage and showered. i then got dressed in my work clothes and diaper. Today i wore rubber shorts, black trousers a purple shirt and a black tie.  i made breakfast and left for work at 7am. There was an accident on the motorway so I didn’t get to work until 8am. The working day was again uneventful apart from handing in my report which seemed to be well received. I headed home at 5pm and got home at 5:50pm. I fooled quorn chilli for dinner. It was just me this evening, the lodger was working late so i wore the minimum clothing. i used the bathroom at 8:30 and had wet my diaper twice today. i am just about to head to bed at 10 pm after spending the evening reorganising the kitchen cupboards so that the spices were in alphabetical order.
